Knowledge for Practice

This Webinar was held on 26/11/2007
Sally Price invites you to join her for an online seminar where she will be sharing with you her own experiences of being a student midwife, offers tips on the educational resources and strategies that she found most helpful to her studies, and talks about how these have supported her midwifery career through to her current role. Whether you are student midwife just embarking on your midwifery education, in the midst of your midwifery education programme, or approaching graduation, this special presentation will focus on how MIDIRS services can help you develop your knowledge and skills for practice, both now, and in the future. Sally’s presentation will take a realistic look at the challenges facing today’s student midwives and how MIDIRS can help improve your education and learning skills while supporting you throughout your future midwifery career. Sally’s role and experiences as a Consultant Midwife at North Bristol NHS Trust, Midwifery Lecturer at the University of the West of England, Bristol, and Supervisor of Midwives demonstrates MIDIRS ongoing contribution to Sally’s continuing professional development. Sally is a dynamic and enthusiastic speaker whose presentation has a strong practical focus, but with a personal touch – this is a webinar not to be missed!
