Endorsed by the Australian College of Midwives (ACM) and the Royal College of Midwives (RCM) the Midwifery Continuity of Care book will be launched at the end of April.
The launch will be held at the RCM’s conference Defenders of Women’s Rights on Tuesday 30April, as part of International Day of the Midwife 2019 celebrations.
A short presentation about the Midwifery Continuity of Care book will be presented at the event, with Nicky Leap, Pat Brodie, Jane Sandall and some of the chapter authors in attendance on the day.
During the day, delegates will hear from those championing women’s rights and network with midwives, maternity support workers and students from across the UK.
RCM’s Defenders of Women’s Rights will be held at Congress House, 23-28 Great Russell Street, London, WC1B 3LW, from 9am to 4:30pm.
Tickets are £6 for RCM members and £12 for non-members.
