The Together Towards Tomorrow conference offers student and professional midwives to explore maternity care provision to deaf parents.
It provides the opportunity to network with other midwives and health care professionals.
All delegates will receive a canvas goodie bag packed with useful resources and gadgets to take home.
According to the Deaf Nest website, a delegate from last year’s event said: “It has really opened my eyes and raised awareness of maternity services and the inequalities that deaf people face when they access health services.”
The Together Towards Tomorrow conference will be held on Tuesday 1 March 2016 at Kingston Hill, Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey, KT2 7LB.
Tickets for the conference cost £85.50 per person and £48.50 per student. There are limited spaces available.
