Midwives and health care professionals are welcome to nominate an NCT volunteer or practitioner that has contributed to the charity’s goal of supporting parents during the First 1,000 days.
Volunteers play an essential role in bringing women and babies together at local Bumps & Babies groups, organising Nearly New Sales, campaigning for better maternity services in their area, and a wide range of other community activities.
Practitioners of the charity are also important by providing essential information to parents in nine specialist areas from NCT Signature and Essentials antenatal courses to Early Days postnatal courses.
The awards celebrate those people across the country who have taken the time to contribute to the charity’s work on a regional and national level.
To nominate an individual, please visit NCT’s website and fill out the nomination form provided.
The closing date for nominations is Monday 29 February 2016.
The awards will be held autumn 2016.
