Join the Mindful Midwifery Society (Cambridge) on a study day hosted by motivational speaker, Elaine Hanzak. Please see her website for more details on Elaine’s personal story of experiencing puerperal psychosis.
The event is open to anyone who is interested in issues relating to Perinatal Mental Health including midwives, student midwives and other healthcare professionals.
This study day costs £5 for Mindful Midwifery Members and £10 for non-members. Tickets can be brought online on the ARU Mindful Midwifery webpage and will include tea/coffee however, please bring your own lunch if you wish to stay for the whole day.

There will be two sessions with Elaine run on Wednesday 28th October, which will be taking place at HEL 201 on East Road at the ARU Cambridge Campus.
The first session will run from 9:30-12:15pm and the second from 1:15-3:30pm. Please note that both sessions will include the same topics of Elaine’s personal story, a discussion to share experiences both personal and professional and general skills related to perinatal mental health.
